Rappahannock River Oysters
Ok, I’ll stop talking about sourcing ingredients, but before I do let me sing the praises of Rappahannock River Oysters. The oysters and clams we’ve been getting from these guys are first class (and they truck them up to nyc the same day they pull ‘em from the Chesapeake Bay.)
